Summer Fun Days camp

Summer Fun Days Camp

Summer Program Location:
Amador High School Cafeteria
330 Spanish Street, Sutter Creek, CA 95685

We are excited to offer again our Summer Fun Days Camp at Amador High School. Children grades TK through 6th are welcome to participate. Camp is open June 10th through July 26th. There will be no camp on July 4th and July 5th in observance of Independence Day. The Amador High School cafeteria is not available for our camp during weeks of July 29th – Aug 2nd and Aug 5th – Aug 9th, hence enrollment for these two weeks is not open until ACRA secures an alternative location.

REGISTRATION:

There is a one-time $25 registration fee per child. Payments are due upon registration. Registration without the $25 Fee is not valid, and will not hold the space in our program.

Three enrollment options are available:

  • Regular Day: 8 am to 4 pm – $150 per week per child ($90 for the week of July 1st through July 3rd, no camp on July 4th and 5th).
  • Extended Day: 7 am to 5:30 pm – $185 per week per child ($111 for the week of July 1st through July 3rd, no camp on July 4th and 5th).
  • Pick & Pay: $38 per day per child for Regular Day or $47 per day per child for Extended Day.

Payments are due on Wednesday the week before each session begins. Payments are done through our website and PayPal payment system (does not require PayPal account). Once payment is done, there are no refunds.

We accept TRC subsidy for payment. If your family has a TRC Subsidy and also participates in the ACRA’s KAP Program, your weekly fees will automatically be covered. You still need to complete a Registration Form online and pay the $25 Out-of-Pocket Registration Fee to reserve your spot. If you have been approved for a TRC Subsidy but do NOT participate in the ACRA’s KAP program, please contact your TRC caseworker before May 15th, and ask them to issue a Temporary Change of Provider Certificate with ACRA as a “Provider” for the June 10th through August 9th of 2024.
